Day Two

After a somewhat good night's rest, still tired from jetlag though, we got up and ate rolls for breakfast. Wasn't the best, but beats nothing. We started the day off by roaming the city and taking lots of pictures. After grabbing a quick lunch, we took a visit to the modern art museum. I have admit, I'm not the museum kind of person but it's whatever. After going to two floors and realizing we still had an hour left, Kate, Merritt, and I found the museum's restaurant. We got the best muffin with chocolate on top and to top that off, I got a coca-cola light aka diet coke. After a good snack, we left the museum and practiced panning and watched Kylee and Merritt play soccer against two young spanish boys.  After that, we found a place in the middle of an intersection and practiced using our tripods by taking pictures of cars moving. By this time it was like 11:15 pm, I, along with everyone else, was starving and down right tired. Finally at 11:45 pm, we found a pizza place, pizza! Pizza never sounded so good. Walking back to the hostel past midnight was quite an experience, considering the night lift in Madrid. Finally back at the hostel, everyone quickly goes to sleep.
